I had a fantastic experience with Sliding Door Repair Co! My tech, Justin, was so knowledgeable and determined to repair my 1963 slider. And he did it! I used many other companies and they all ran off. I lost faith in it every working again. But Justin not only fixed it but improved it so it moves with a finger! Can't believe it really slides! He has tremendous knowledge about sliders and worked diligently on making the repair in #1 working order. Everyone from this company was polite, on time, and exceedingly helpful. I had the best experience one could have with everyone-the job was DONE! I recommend using them for sliders, and when I need window work I will call them. Worth every penny I spent, which wasn't that much. Compared to installing an entirely new custom build odd sized slide. Please use them with confidence. They do what they say tenfold.

I am not a contractor, but they gave very understandable explanations for the work they proposed. I was a small business owner for almost 50 years. I was okay with the waive of the fee. The sliding door was stuck and I had second thoughts about the whole thing the technician did lubricant and clean both doors in the house. The price was higher than I expected or even anticipated.Maybe I should’ve waited but I didn’t. The house was bought brand new by my parents and I gave in to the problem being solved. Hopefully I was not taken. Maybe if I had used WD40 and the wet/dry vac I could have done it. Well it’s over now.

Justin arrived at the beginning of the time window, which was appreciated. He sized up the situation with our profoundly immoveable 50-year-old aluminum sliding patio door. He checked his price book and came up with a number not to our liking. He called into the office and put us on the phone with his manager, who was amenable to reconsideration of the price and arrived at a better one, which we accepted, albeit with a sigh.Justin had every tool and spare part he needed in his well stocked panel truck. He disassembled the door completely, did some track straightening, some roughness filing, some cleaning, and installed new wheels. The result was perfection.Two points to make:1. We had had this fix done a couple of years ago, but it turns out we did not get new wheels at that time, which largely caused the 2025 problem. We had paid considerably less for that repair than the current one.2. Justin is a marvelously upbeat, dedicated and skilled young man. You couldn't go wrong requesting him by name.

Our sliding glass patio door is over 50 years old. We contacted a few repair companies with little to no success. HOWEVER, when Armando & his assistant took the challenge, they were able to restore the sliding glass door to "LIKE-NEW" condition. They were most pleasant and exhibited outstanding KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIECE and knew exactly what needed to be done & just how to do it. The cost was a "little high" but well worth it ! After all, you get what you pay for. "VALUE" is my creed, and when everything is done right the first time, that spells excellent VALUE to me. As the weather has begun to warm up; it's time to open the doors and welcome the fresh air. However, our patio screen doors were in need of repair. So, after reading all the positive reviews on Google and Yelp; we chose the Sliding Door Repair Company.I called and scheduled an appointment for the next day. That's when things got real interesting! Pedro Ramos; our Technician; showed up at the exact appointment time; immediately accessed our issue(s); provided an estimate and began the work.He then, replaced our screens. adjusted the doors on the door "track" (aligning them) and verifying they worked properly. Next, the aligned another exterior door on the house that hadn't been functional for quite some time. He made all the adjustments which fixed the door that other repair companies said would require a door replacement.We are thrilled with the work performed, and highly recommend the Sliding Door Repair Company.
